Klaveness Combination Carriers AS registered on NOTC
Oslo, 15 October 2018: Klaveness Combination Carriers AS, a subsidiary owned approx. 63% by Klaveness Ship Holding AS, is registered on N-OTC as of 15 October 2018 with ticker code “KCC”, following a successful private placement of common shares as announced on 24 September 2018.
The Company issued in the private placement 8,241,750 common shares with a par value of NOK 1.00, distributed between close to 70 shareholders. Based on the share issue price, the market capitalization is NOK 1,797,922,560 (NOK 44.38 per share). The shares are registered in VPS with ISIN NO0010833262.
Klaveness Combination Carriers AS is the leading owner and operator of modern combination carriers. The net proceeds from the issue will be used to partly equity finance one declared CLEANBU newbuilding and one CLEANBU newbuilding option from Jiangsu New Yangzi with scheduled delivery in 3Q and 4Q 2020, as well as for general corporate purposes including working capital, supervision and transaction costs.
