The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be an integral part of the Commercial team, managing a portfolio of customers to ensure retention, adoption, and growth.
Your focus will be on building long-term partnerships, helping customers realize maximum value from our solutions, and ensuring their success in transforming their supply chains. As you develop expertise in our solutions, you may from time to time contribute by participating in scoping discussions or demonstrations where your expertise adds value.
Based in Oslo, this role offers the opportunity to work with some of the world’s largest industrial companies while shaping how they manage their maritime supply chains. You will also collaborate across time zones with colleagues in our global offices and customers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage a portfolio of customers, with responsibility for retention, renewals, and growth.
Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business, identifying opportunities to increase value and adoption of our solutions.
Collaborate with product and development teams, relaying structured feedback and insights to support solution development and improvements.
Plan and deliver workshops, training sessions, and presentations to ensure customers are confident and effective users of our solutions.
Monitor customer health metrics, proactively addressing risks and supporting long-term partnership success.
Ideal Candidate
We believe the right candidate for this role has experience from consultancy and/or other customer-facing roles, ideally within SaaS.
Has a proactive and exploratory approach to understand and familiarize yourself with the customer’s business, pains and opportunities.
Strong project management skills – able to take the lead, coordinate stakeholders, and drive change initiatives with customers
Experience in supply chain management, preferably within the shipping or logistics industry, is a bonus but not a requirement.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing credibility and building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
Thrives in a dynamic environment, with the ability to balance structure and adaptability.
Fluent in spoken and written English. Our working language is English, so this is a must, but fluency in other languages is an absolute bonus.
